Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your subscription at any time through the School Subscription Settings page. When you upgrade:
The new features will be immediately available
Your subscription will be extended for one year from the upgrade date
You'll be billed the new rate going forward
Downgrading Your Plan
If you need to downgrade your subscription, please contact our support team. Downgrading may result in the loss of data or features that are not available in the lower tier.
Free Trial
All plans include a 14-day free trial period. During this time, you'll have access to all the features of your selected plan with no obligation. If you decide not to continue, you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.

Invoices are sent monthly or annually, depending on your billing cycle
