Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your subscription at any time through the School Subscription Settings page. When you upgrade:

  1. The new features will be immediately available

  2. Your subscription will be extended for one year from the upgrade date

  3. You'll be billed the new rate going forward

Downgrading Your Plan

If you need to downgrade your subscription, please contact our support team. Downgrading may result in the loss of data or features that are not available in the lower tier.

Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial period. During this time, you'll have access to all the features of your selected plan with no obligation. If you decide not to continue, you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.

Educational Discounts

We offer special pricing for school districts and educational consortiums. Please contact our sales team at sales@edudesk.org to discuss volume licensing options.

Payment and Billing

  • All prices are in USD

  • We accept major credit cards and purchase orders

  • Invoices are sent monthly or annually, depending on your billing cycle

  • Tax-exempt institutions can submit their exemption documentation
